I pride myself on being a cheerful and efficient technical communicator with experience maintaining 20+ help centers worth of documentation for a multi-billion dollar business. I've served as lead content producer in content marketing and helped Yahoo Ad Tech audit and migrate their documentation between content management systems.
I love to maintain and share knowledge, and am always learning.
I'm a technical writer in Birmingham, Alabama.
I currently work with the incredible technical writing team at Yahoo Ad Tech.
Before that, I grew up somewhere in Alabama and earned a BA from UAB while working as a linecook. I studied humanities like philosophy and literature. I still do but I did then too.
At some point I also underwent technical training at a full-stack coding bootcamp. This granted me the uncommon power to center divs and change text colors. I stay familiar with the basics by building static web pages like this one as a hobby.
Most of my leisure time is spent on meandering walks, music, cooking, looking at various screens, and thinking out loud.
